1. Security Deposit is refundable only after the vehicle is returned in proper condition and after verification of any damages, challans, penalties, fuel charges, or outstanding dues.

2. Rent charges are non-refundable once the rental period has started.

3. The customer must inspect the vehicle at the time of pickup. Any existing damage or issue must be reported immediately before leaving.

4. The customer must possess a valid Driving License and carry it during the rental period.

5. The rented vehicle cannot be transferred, sublet, or handed over to any other person.

6. The customer shall be fully responsible for any accident, theft, damage, puncture, loss, missing accessories, or misuse of the vehicle during the rental period. Repair or replacement charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Any traffic fines, e-challans, parking charges, towing charges, or legal penalties incurred during the rental period shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

8. The vehicle must be returned on or before the agreed time. Late returns will attract additional rental charges. Vehicle pickup and return services are available only during business hours, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

9. Fuel expenses are not included in the rental charges. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the time of pickup.

10. The vehicle must not be used for racing, stunts, off-road activities, commercial use, delivery services, or any illegal activities. Drinking and driving is strictly prohibited.

11. The customer is responsible for the safety of the vehicle, key, helmet, documents, and accessories provided with the vehicle.

12. By booking or using a vehicle from Unique Bike Rental, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
